If the performance is found to be degraded, it should be regenerated or replaced in time. If impurities or reaction products are attached to the surface of the alumina balls after long-term use, they should be cleaned to maintain their adsorption and catalytic properties.
5. Alumina balls will be saturated or lose activity after a period of use, and can be regenerated by heat treatment (such as drying, sintering), chemical washing, etc. The temperature and regeneration time should be controlled during regeneration to prevent damage to the physical structure of the alumina balls. The regeneration frequency should be determined according to the use environment and the adsorption of the alumina balls. Too frequent or insufficient regeneration will affect its use effect.
