3. During use, operating conditions such as temperature and pressure should be strictly controlled to prevent alumina balls from exceeding their designed working range, avoiding breakage or performance degradation. During the flow of gas and liquid, excessive flow or friction between particles should be prevented to avoid alumina balls from breaking or pulverizing due to excessive mechanical force.
4. Regularly test the physical properties of the alumina balls, such as adsorption performance and strength, to ensure that they are in the best condition for use. If the performance is found to be degraded, it should be regenerated or replaced in time. If impurities or reaction products are attached to the surface of the alumina balls after long-term use, they should be cleaned to maintain their adsorption and catalytic properties.
5. Alumina balls will be saturated or lose activity after a period of use, and can be regenerated by heat treatment (such as drying, sintering), chemical washing, etc. The temperature and regeneration time should be controlled during regeneration to prevent damage to the physical structure of the alumina balls. The regeneration frequency should be determined according to the use environment and the adsorption of the alumina balls. Too frequent or insufficient regeneration will affect its use effect.
